I have an Excel spreadsheet with about 2,000 SKU numbers from a local hardware store. Completion of the project requires the following for each line item in the Excel spreadsheet:
1. Go to Upgrade to see actual info and within the website's search bar, search for the SKU Number located in the spreadsheet, column B.
2. Compare the item description on Upgrade to see actual info to the SKU Description in column A to ensure you have found the correct item.
3. Open that item within Upgrade to see actual info. On the left-hand side, there will be a series of pictures of the item. Typically the first image is the best one. For each line item, drag and drop the appropriate image from Upgrade to see actual info into the Excel spreadsheet, column E, Picture. The image should be cropped as necessary to maximize it's view within the cell. Excel provides cropping by right-clicking on the image and going to Picture Format at the top.
4. Within Excel, right-click on the picture and go to Format Picture. Under Properties for the image, ensure the radio button, "Move and size with cells" is checked.
5. With the item still opened within Upgrade to see actual info, select and copy the entire URL for that item. Within the Excel spreadsheet, right-click on the SKU Number, click Link, and paste in the URL. Click Okay to save.
