Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for a sharp and innovative Email Marketing Manager to join our team for long-term cooperation. You will play a key role in driving significant growth of the email marketing channel for our clients. This gives you an exciting opportunity to work with very talented people and have an impact on NoCry’s mission to create the best safety gear ever. This is a fully remote role.

Your mission:

- Oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research and content creation.
- Work cross-functionally to develop new strategies that onboard, engage, and retain potential and current customers.
- Work with members of the team to identify user segments for clients, as well as develop holistic strategies for each campaign.
- Create new and improve existing email segmentations/flows/campaigns.
- Establish organized A/B testing processes define strategies, and execute to test creative design, content, targeting capabilities, and channels to constantly improve engagement, conversion, and retention rates
- Create a well-written copy that is free from mistakes.
- Announce new features and new product launches via email.
- Work closely with the CX, Web, Creative, and broader growth teams to implement new projects and strategies.
- Maintain a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence.
- Monitor and report on the utility of each campaign.

You will be a perfect fit if you are:

- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, familiarity or expertise with the top integrations and apps.
- You are results-driven with a passion for email marketing.
- You have 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
- Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches.
- You have successful cases of sales growth from the email channel.
- You are up to date with the most current tricks and tactics.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You are an excellent communicator that knows how to ask the right questions.
- You are available and adhere to tight deadlines.
- You have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- You have a good understanding of human psychology.
- You are a team player and willing to brainstorm different ideas with us.
