Shopify Customer Service VA

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team for customer service that also has experience with using Zendesk. For context, we sell prebuilt Shopify stores meaning that we create a customer's Shopify store, add products to it, add the supplier apps they need to use, and add all their page policies. So all customer emails will revolve around that, we will provide you with all necessary training, as well as have another member on our team guide you through the process.

You will need to be able to be a quick learner and pay attention to detail. This is a longterm role with daily work and you will be required to start right away once we have provided you training and you have completed it.

This job will require you to have knowledge on how Shopify works in order to best serve our customers and answer their questions in the most detailed way possible.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (must be able to read and write in English)
Knows how to use Zendesk
Understands Shopify well
Pay attention to detail
Must be a quick learner and able to work on your own and with a team
Must be able to work fast
Must have great communication skills
