JOB OVERVIEW

This job is working with the founder of a North American software business to manage prospect communications and engagement on the LinkedIn platform. The main goal is to help set appointments. The work requires excellent English communication skills (short, and casual, but NOT formal English) via chat and email Upgrade to see actual info video or phone will be required - all activities will be all typing. There are multiple cloud-based platforms you will be ideally familiar with (LinkedIn, HubSpot, Expandi, Calendly, CRM, Google Sheets) used in the daily work environment - so a strong and stable internet connection is required. You must be able to write well in English. I have multiple scripts that you can copy/ paste and easily modify - so there's not a lot of thinking required. The work is to be performed daily from Monday to Friday, in North American time zone (Pacific, Central or Eastern). There are three main types of communications all with the goal to get calls booked. Those three types of communication are: 1. Initial chat conversations with new LinkedIn connections or Group contacts (messenger or email) 2. Ongoing follow-ups with prospects that are scheduled in the CRM (messenger or email) and 3. Content “Engagement” with prospects (on the LinkedIn platform). There are also some basic note-taking requirements in the CRM software, management of daily tracking documents and follow ups with reminders that you will set for yourself. All training will be provided by recorded video as we go. You will be able to watch those videos as many times as you need to feel comfortable. You will be logging into my personal LinkedIn profile and engaging with people as if you were me. So a high level of care is required in all communications. Ongoing Responsibilities: -Add new to or launch new LinkedIn campaigns (~ as needed) -Import leads from Sales Navigator, scrub the list as per training -Assign to campaign, setup script, apply settings in Expandi -Once the campaign is live, engage DAILY with leads via LinkedIn messaging (& emails) to continue building relationships and advance them to booking calls as per training -If booked on lead’s calendar, update the status on CRM -Follow up on the Overdue & update status on CRM -Occasionally scrub prospect lists to keep data standards high (to match our ideal customer profile) -Keep up tracking document(s) updated with stats, engagement and content performance DAILY Responsibilities: -Engage with those who responded back to campaigns -Engage with those who accepted connections, but haven’t responded back -Schedule future follow-up dates for any who want to connect at some point in the future -Engage with leads on my posts by like/heart/share/comment/ -Like and Comment back to leads on my Posts & if they look like they could be a good client (I will help you learn what a good -client looks like), add them as a connection and message them via messenger -Try to get them on a 15 min intro call using the messenger scripts I will share with you -Go to their profile and engage the last 2-3 latest posts (to return the favor) -Like and/or comment their posts with those currently in conversations -Enter daily statistics on tracking sheet(s) Workload: I expect that the initial work will require about 10 hours per week to start. I have plans to grow my business quickly this year, so I'm looking for someone who is interested in potentially growing into more work (20-30 hours) quickly and wants long-term, stable employment.
