Video Editor - Social Media

Hey there, it’s Gwen the Head of Social Media at Rewrite & Rise. I am currently working on building my own consulting company to help entrepreneurs and business owners spread their ideas to the world via social Upgrade to see actual info is my purpose in life to help others have a platform to speak their truths and spread their own purpose throughout the world. At my consulting firm it is our mission to provide better content creation that works with the social media algorithms to get people’s messages to the users who will care most. I am looking to scale our services so that we can help more people. This is where you come in! I’m looking for an amazing Video Editor & Assistant to help take care of client video editing and the occasional social media related task. If you’re selected to join our team, here are the tasks you’ll be required to complete: 1.Video Editing to create 7-90second Videos In line with the scripting/sample videos given for each edit 2.Learn and understand social strategy around video editing I wont always want the best/highest quality video edit - as sometimes that is not the best strategy for the algorithm. You will need to be able to watch a video I send and recreate a similar edit with a client's video. 3.Ideally you will be able to edit 25 videos per week. Do not need to over do the editing. These should be simple edits like clipping, zooming in & out, & adding text. 4.Occasional social research Researching the latest trending topics around the globe 5.Occasional graphics made via canva or ad creation. Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who is willing to grow and become our frontrunner for this Video Editor position.
