Our Customer Experience Associate  are core to the success of Elevate Brands and a crucial link in assisting our customers and our brands.

What you’ll do as a Customer Experience Associate:

Answer customer inquiries 
Assist with tracking information of orders
Help customers with complaints and questions regarding our products

What the ideal candidate looks like:

Knowledge with basic Excel Functions
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Flexibility in working on different time zones
Flexibility in overtime work on weekends
