Patient Care
• Adhere to all grooming and feeding procedure of the patient.
• Follows care of the attachment of the patient: Peg Tube, Catheter Care, Colostomy, NGT
• Enteral nutrition using PEG feeding tube and Medication
• Oral medication administration
• Assisting patient for daily activity
• Lifting & Transferring, Ambulation of the patient
• Maintaining hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the health care procedures
• Correctly identifies patients by using a minimum of two forms of identification before starting any procedure
• Completing appropriate forms & consents before procedure
• Communicates effectively with patients and explains procedures properly
• Maintains BLS / CPR skills
• Applies infection control techniques, (e.g. Hand hygiene, Using PPE, Medical waste management etc..)
• Knows Fire Plan & evacuation procedure
• Has knowledge of Environmental safety awareness
• Has knowledge of implemented departmental quality assurance programs / KPIs
