Project Manager

We are seeking a full-time project manager to join our growing Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be working hand in hand with our CEO and Director of Operations to see projects through to completion.

We are a remote-based business consulting agency in the salon and spa industry. We provide courses, coaching, and services for salon and spa professionals all across the world.

Platforms we use include Kajabi (houses our course), HubSpot (CRM), Monday (Project Management Tool), PayPal / Stripe (Payment Processing), ClickFunnels (funnels / website), Gmail/GSuite (Google Slides, Google Sheets**, Google Calendar), Calendly (Scheduling), Slack (Internal Communication), ZenDesk & SalesMessage (Client Communication), Zoom, Go HighLevel (Client Fulfillment), and PandaDoc (Contracts).

Skills we expect for this role:
1. Detail Oriented. Must posses the capability to look at a project from all angles and ensure all bases are covered and all angles are accounted for.

2. Documentation. As we complete projects, it is important to create a "playbook" for what was done so we have a "cheat sheet" down the line if the project needs to be revisited OR would be impacted by a future project.

3. Find It, Learn It, Outsource It or Hire It. As projects are thrown into the mix, there may be circumstances where you don't know how to execute on a Upgrade to see actual info that situation we should Find It (look for someone on the current team who possesses the skill or know-how for that task), Learn It (take the due diligence to learn the new skill or task), Outsource It (if you nor anyone else on the team possesses the skill or has the bandwidth to do or learn the task, we first look for an external "expert" we could commission to come on temporarily to execute it), or Hire It (if the task / skill would be valuable or necessary as a full time role in the company, we would pursue this step).

4. Ability to Lead / Manage. As a project manager, you will be in charge of leading the team throughout the course of the projects.

5. Upgrade to see actual info order to effectively execute this role, you must have top-tier communication skills.

6. Execution. Ability to see things through to completion.
