All-Star Phone Support Ninja (Full-time and Remote)

Our team is looking for highly skilled customer service representatives to handle inbound and outbound phone calls. The most successful customer service representative will have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient Upgrade to see actual inforving as the voice and face of our company, the representative will be integral in reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service. The role is full-time (40 hour/week), remote, and required to start immediately. Starting rate is $3/hour. Responsibilities will include: - Build expert, dynamic knowledge of the company’s products and services - Answer inbound calls with a friendly and courteous attitude ensuring consistent and high-level customer service. - Ensure all inquiries are responded to in a timely manner - Meet customer-service department sales targets, generating leads when opportunities arise - Escalate complex requests to the appropriate department - Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision Qualifications: - Preferably, a minimum of 2 years experience working in a call center environment - Ability to work in the USA timezone, in various shifts including weekends and holidays (when needed) - Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Applications. - Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation - Proven success performing individually and as an active team player. - Demonstrated professionalism, displaying a courteous, friendly, and positive attitude - Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and problem-solving skills - Committed and reliable with a consistent record of attendance at work Requirements: - Must have work equipment ready and a dedicated workspace - Wired internet connection and preferably with an internet and power backup option Who is this NOT for ?
