Black Swan Temple is a 2+ acre homestead on the lush tropical side of Maui. Created by visionary healers, musicians and trailblazers Heather and Donny Regal, we grow exotic fruits, vegetables and flowers and offer twice monthly Yoga, Sound Healing and Wellness Spiritual Retreats, an annual Ancient Egypt Pilgrimage, annual online mystery school program and some seasonal online special events. We are visionary creatives who have produced award winning short films and also have products and a shopify store.

We are hiring for a Part time position that will grow into a full time position that can be done anywhere. Must be fluent in English (first language or bilingual). Should have superb written and verbal communication, like following checklists, and comfortable with learning how to work with various platforms, has a desire to learn and grow and enjoys working with people.

Support with implementing course launches, funnels, retreat promos
eNewsletters using Mailchimp
Social media (facebook, IG, Linkedin, planoly, linktree)
Canva graphics
Website page updates (website, IMDB, travel sites)
Some bookkeeping knowledge a bonus but not essential
