JOB OVERVIEW

GoHighLevel (GHL) / Onboarding / Account Executive / Client Retention DESCRIPTION: Looking for someone with amazing people skills that can be the primary interface between our company and our clients. Hello, I have a marketing agency that caters to Real Estate Agents in the US. As new clients come onboard, we need someone that can help get them all squared away, and then represent both them and us over time to ensure a fantastic experience for all. (NOTE Our primary platform is GoHighLevel, so looking for someone that is experienced with that tool.) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • New Client Onboarding: Hold a ZooUpgrade to see actual infoeting with the client… get to know them, start building a relationship, start the onboarding process. This will include working with them on client intake forms, getting them configured within GoHighLevel, Slack, and some other tools & systems. • Account Executive: Be the primary point of contact between the customer and our business. This will include building a relationship over time, understanding and addressing their needs and concerns, and maintaining positive communication. You will also provide monthly progress updates to the client regarding our performance – which will include ad metrics (provided from our Ad Management Team), conversion metrics (from GHL), and other information as appropriate. Also, over time we will need feedback from the customer on a few things as well. • Client Retention: After the initial onboarding, and establishment of your relationship as the Account Executive (i.e. main point of contact) … we need you to seek to maintain a healthy relationship with the client over Upgrade to see actual infoaning, assess how things are going – do they seem happy / upset / stressed / worried, etc, and then respond accordingly. (And share with our team when you see issues and/or need help!) REQUIREMENTS Excellent people skills Strong English – both written & verbal Experience with GoHighLevel Desired … Slack / Trello / Zoom / Google Docs Desired … Account Executive / Client Retention Experience Desired ... Experience (or knowledge) with Google / FB PPC COMPENSATION: I’m flexible. I will share that my preference is something performance based… such as X dollars per client per month. That way, as your skill and comfort grows, so can the number of clients, and hence, the pay. (But we can discuss) BIG GOTCHA / POSSIBLE DEAL BREAKER: Here’s the big gotcha… this is a people interaction role… with clients in the US.
