Data & Report Analyst Job Description: Pure Green is looking for a full-time data and report analyst to perform the following daily reports and analytical tasks: 1. Revenue Report Update – update the revenue and breakdown on the Google Sheet for our daily report. 2. Delivery Online Update – everyday, at 8am EST, check third party delivery platforms to see if any locations are offline. If they are, send email alert to designated parties. 3. Late Opening Alert – check all locations to make sure they opened on Upgrade to see actual infond alert out for any store that did not open on time. 4. Negative Reviews – respond to all negative reviews with Upgrade to see actual infoeck Google My Business Page, Third-party Delivery, and social Upgrade to see actual infocalate any issues to appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. 5. Third Party Delivery Advertising Report – update daily our report with all locations that are advertising for the previous day, includes ROAS, average ticket and ad spend. 6. Franchise Sales Report – update our daily report with all calls made previous day by rep. Report includes Facebook Advertising, ad spend for previous day, how many click-throughs, how many leads. Requirements: Applicant must have the following skill sets: • Speak fluent English • Great writing skills • Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel Applicant must have high-speed internet and be available for Zoom calls.
