JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Google Ads Specialist to join our team!

We are one of Australia’s largest pay per lead marketing agencies in the education niche, generating 10’s of thousands of leads per year. We love to work on projects that excite us and make a difference in the world. We want to inspire 1 million people to learn and grow through education by December 2023!

In this role you will manage our existing Google Ads account and work on improving the current performance of the account to generate more leads under CPA for our clients. You will optimise the campaigns daily for improvement, manage the budgets, build new campaigns when required (including copy), and track and report on your results weekly to hit KPI targets.

As an ideal candidate, you will have a can-do attitude, possess extraordinary attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

To be successful in this role you will need at least 2 years of proven experience using all aspects of Google Ads (Search & Display). You will also need to complete a recruitment assessment (link below) to assess if your values match our company values (we are a good culture fit) and to make sure you have the minimum Google Search and Display skills required to do this role.

Please note salary is based on experience and includes 13 month pay and health Upgrade to see actual info addition to your base salary there are also ongoing performance incentives (cash bonus) on offer if you can continuously improve the performance of our Google Ads account.

Work From Home: You’ll work a day shift, have a flexible start-time up to 10am each day and the ability to work 100% from home ongoing. You’ll also get Philippine’s public holiday leave and you will rarely work overtime. The company is located in Australia so there is only a 2 hour time difference to the Philippines.

About The Role:

In this full-time (40 hours per week) role as a Google Ads Specialist, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and CEO and work alongside a team of 7 marketers in the marketing department to help generate leads for our clients using Google Ads.

This role is ideal if you are seeking a long-term career within the same company (5+ years) with an amazing culture that enables you to develop your skills across multiple PPC platforms (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok & Snapchat) or to expand your knowledge into other areas in the marketing department such as marketing automation, marketing funnels, web design, conversion optimisation, SEO and more.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and improve the performance of our Google Ads account to hit weekly KPIs.
* Build new Search & Display campaigns (including writing the copy) when required.
* Analyse your campaign results daily and make optimisations to improve overall campaign performance.
* Manage campaigns to ensure they do not exceed marketing budgets.
* Build and Optimise (split-test) landing pages to convert paid traffic from Google Ads.
* Scale our account across other Google products and platforms (such as Youtube).
* Complete regular market research and competitor analysis to look for opportunities we can apply to improve our account performance and apply them.
* Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads updates and tools and implement them where necessary.
* Complete weekly reports to track your results.
* Attend the weekly marketing meeting with the marketing team and marketing manager.

About You:

You must be able to show us that you are proactive and can work with minimal supervision to hit deadlines and KPIs to be successful in this role, you’ll also need:

* At least 2 years of proven work experience using all aspects of Google Ads (Search & Display).
* You MUST have experience generating leads (performance based marketing) through Google Ads and not just running branding or awareness campaigns.
* Experience optimising (split-testing) landing pages for Google Ads.
* Proven experience in Youtube is highly regarded, but not required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including presentation.
* You must be able to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
* You must have extraordinary attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills.
