JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary:
We are seeking to hire an Executive & Personal Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact for the CEO with external partners
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars across multiple time zones
Establish priorities, stay accountable and follow through on tasks
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Research, troubleshoot and solve problems
Performs the role with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
Order and maintain inventory of supplies for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics (flights, hotels, cars, dinner arrangements, etc)
Provide personal assistance to the CEO
Coordinating any personal meeting or household task
Complete special projects as assigned
Maintain and organize cloud based e-files
Directly engage with all levels of internal and external clients, including senior executives
Handle incoming and outgoing emails
Coordinate and arrange meetings, including gathering and preparing agendas and other materials
Copy, file, organize and distribute various reports and documents
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Events and marketing assistance as needed

Successful Candidates Will Possess The Following Qualifications:
Strong ability to execute
Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people
Capable of multi-tasking and coordinating several projects at once
Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
Continually work to improve and optimize business processes
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

Skills/Tech:
Microsoft Office skills required
Google Suite
Slack Software service tools
Customer relationship management (CRM) systems experience
Project management tools: Clickup
**Expert using Motion's all in one time manager for managing tasks and scheduling meetings**

Work Environment:
Thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment
Ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment and diverse communities

Location: Remote

Required:
**Must speak fluent english;
**Must be able to work daily core hours of 9am - 3pm EST, Monday - Friday
