- I'm in need of a graphic designer who's willing to perform virtual assistant/social media manager tasks. My company, OTDR GEAR (Upgrade to see actual info) is a company that produces video reviews of physical products in the outdoor industry. These are typically products related to hunting, fishing, and camping. These videos require thumbnails and to be updated to the website and youtube channel. Each week there is a new video review. Following completion of video tasks, the role of the social media manager is to share the video on all social media platforms and to interact in the comment sections with viewers.

Perks:
*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.
*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.

Who is this role for?
Someone who loves social media and interacting with others. This person likes to be creative, designing thumbnails and social media posts. They are also organized, and motivated to complete tasks ahead of time. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can work independently, follow directions, and who constantly improves with feedback. Ideally this candidate enjoys outdoor activities, so that they are interested in the products they are promoting.

About Me:
I own 2 different companies, OTDR GEAR, and Drive Physical Therapy. I’m very laid back and patient while my employees are learning. I will facilitate your growth. There will never be issues so long as you are completing your tasks in a timely manner and that I can see you are putting forth effort to improve. I believe in rewarding good employees and there is opportunity to grow in my companies, if you desire.

To Apply for the job:
1. Change the subject to “I Want to Work for You [Insert the name of my business partner who is the co-owner of Upgrade to see actual info]”

2. What is the name of the youtuber who creates our product reviews?

3. At the top of your message write 3-4 sentences on why you would like this position, and why you are a good fit. Do not write more than that or else your application will be deleted.

4. Please attach a resume and/or detailed description of your previous employers and what kind of work you did for them.

5. Under that put the following, and include the numbers to make it easy for me to read.
a. A sample photo you have edited
b. A sample logo/design you created

6. Please indicate the number of hours and hourly rate that would make you content with this position

Make sure to follow all of the steps above. This is a great job opportunity with the ability to get promotions, bonuses, and raises, so I will only look at applicants that really want the job.

Do not write more than what I have asked you above, if you write more than what is asked for above I will ignore your job post.

Thank you,
Chris Adamson
