Appointment Setter

Great opportunity!

I'm looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our natural medical office sales team.

An Appointment Setter’s responsibilities include contacting potential patients who are in pain, find out what their pain is, and schedule an appointment for them to come into the medical office for a consultation.

Must speak English and Spanish well.
Must be friendly and like to help people.

This is a long term, full-time position Monday through Friday. The work hours are 10:30am-6:30pm Eastern United States time zone.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer basic questions and concerns about the office and services
Schedule consultations for the prospective patient to come into the office
Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
Update Go High Level CRM
Attempt to contact prospective patients who you have been unable to contact

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in English and Spanish
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette
A professional and courteous attitude
Persuasive and results-oriented
