Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Construction Project Manager with extensive US construction industry experience to lead complex construction projects remotely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical expertise, project management skills, and proficiency in advanced construction technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of construction projects from conceptual design through project completion
Coordinate virtual project teams across multiple disciplines and geographic locations
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and critical path timelines
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimations using advanced software tools
Create and review MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) system designs and integration plans
Utilize CAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling) software for precise project documentation
Conduct virtual site assessments and progress meetings
Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost control
Prepare and maintain detailed project reports and documentation
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
Resolve technical design conflicts and provide innovative solutions
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Professional certifications (PMP, CCM) strongly preferred
Experience
Minimum 5-7 years of US construction project management experience
Proven track record managing complex commercial and/or industrial construction projects
Extensive experience with virtual project management methodologies
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
Experience with BIM modeling and coordination
