We are Official Sea Moss, providing thorough, fast, and high-quality health products for consumers. We are looking for an executive assistant/customer relations. We are looking for people who are hungry to learn new things. Excellent communication skills and want to provide world-class customer service to our consumers.

Executive assistant duties include the duties performed by administrative assistants: making and accepting phone calls, sending memos, emails, and letters on behalf of the executive, receiving visitors, handling scheduling, and managing our customer service department, live support chat system, and daily customer complaints.

> Responsibilities and Duties

The best candidates will have at least 12 months of Call Center experience and 2 years of customer service experience. You should also have the following:

Experience working on a PC or Mac
Exceptional computer skills
High attention to detail
The ability to multi-task and stay organized
A friendly and professional demeanor
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and experience working on a team
Ability to work quickly under pressure
Manage live chat systems
Excellent knowledge of our products
Manage our customer service emails
Create customer order labels
Microsoft excel and word knowledge
Work our hours of operation

Calendar management
Conduct research
Client relations
Handle information requests
Organize meetings
Keep records
Typing
Event planning
Prepare statistical reports
Take meeting minutes

Communication skills: Executive assistants often serve as a gatekeeper, dUpgrade to see actual info which messages and which visitors or callers need to go directly to their employer and which need to be redirected or handled in some other way. This involves the ability to glean information from those demanding time from their boss quickly.

Time management: Anyone managing another person’s time, as executive assistants often do for their bosses, also needs to be good at managing their own time.

Trustworthiness: Executive assistants often have access to sensitive information, and the executives they work for need to trust them thoroughly for them to be as efficient as possible at their jobs.

Multitasking: Executive assistants regularly handle more than one task at a time while keeping tabs on their bosses’ schedules and keeping them on track.
