Be Our Guest Homes is a comprehensive property management company for luxury vacation homes in the Central Florida area. We're looking for a social media and sales specialist who has proven history with successful marketing and SEO skills. This role requires the candidate to have strong English conversation skills to be able to have the ability to sell and market our vacation rental properties to potential guests. JOB TITLE: Social Media and Sales Specialist with SEO background SCHEDULE & PAY: Sunday to Thursday 6 am to 3 pm EST $375 USD Monthly Salary + Commission JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Content creation - Creating content about our vacation rental properties, management services, new businesses, new restaurants, upcoming events, or fun facts about local theme parks in the Central Florida area 2. Posting content to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter 3. Joining Facebook groups and marketing/selling our vacation home rentals through direct messaging (chat/text only) 4. Coordinating with our assistant property manager 5. Customer service QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. English Speaking and Writing Proficiency 2. Graphic Design Proficiency (using tools such as Canva) 3. SEO Proficiency 4. Social Media Marketing Experience 5. Social Media Ad Experience 6. Strong Time Management & Flexibility 7.
