Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities:
Work with Creative Director to produce content.
Help make design choices (e.g., fonts and colors) for all content clients
Perform retouching and manipulation of images
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and Upgrade to see actual infopletes projects by coordinating with internal team
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
Understand of paid advertising is a plus so you can help create high converting ad creatives

Graphic Designer Qualifications/Skills:
Strong graphic design skills
Layout skills
Analytical skills
Creativity
Flexibility
Attention to detail
Deadline-oriented
Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Acute vision
Time-management skills
Communication skills
Handles rejection
Video editing skills is a PLUS also.

We are looking for someone who can join our team with the goal of growing with the Upgrade to see actual infot to be funny, but we hate the phrase “We aren’t just coworkers we are family”... we are just a team lol...BUT we are a true team and we need someone who understands that. We are 100% remote ( Not just because of Covid-19). We are ok with working with a freelancer who has other clients as long as the work assigned is completed by the deadline, however being dedicated to us solely is a PLUS!
