Virtual Assistant Job Description

Type of Role:
Part-time (20 hours per week – with the potential to move up to full-time employment if we find a candidate that is the right fit), 100% remote, flexible hours; answers to CEO and project team leads. While this role is remote, virtual weekly meetings and events will be required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant role
• Impeccable writing and editing skills including report and technical writing editing
• Passion for research (market and modern research)
• Data analysis and SPSS experience
• Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and other design products/applications: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, WordPress, and Canva
• Strong oral/written communication and listening skills
• Successful project management and decision-making skills
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Must have a PC and reliable Internet connection
• Experience with Airtable, Smartsheets, SPSS, SurveyMonkey, and/or Alchemer is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
• This is a 100% remote position, answering to the CEO and project team leads.
• Provide data entry and transcription services
• Coordinate email account and send emails as needed
• Create report templates and update existing report designs
• Perform market research including topic research as needed for the social media team
• Assist with updating SPSS syntax, running analysis, and building data tables
• Works with all teams to ensure compliance of all logo/brand applications
• Create marketing materials for projects as needed
• Provides support to social media team with website content, blog writing, and social media post creation
