We have a supplier who at the time was relatively Upgrade to see actual infoaning we had not put a lot of orders through with him yet but he knew we had the potential to be one of his larger accounts. This supplier introduced us to a software developer who ended up over promising and under delivering to both us and the supplier. When I met the supplier in person, while he acknowledged and apologized for the under performance of the software developer, he never once spoke negatively of the software developer. This is true integrity.

We are looking for a JR Designer who can grade art files to each garment size from 1 master file (ex. resize production files for XS-XL sizes). Should be able to generate mockups and work with all template placement jobs for apparel creation. Illustrator is the software experience this job requires. The right person is insanely passionate about design, sports, and efficiency! They are a natural problem solver, competitor, and have a strong positive attitude and growth mindset.



JR Designer- Expert in Adobe Illustrator ; .ai files . Project management through Asana a plus.
Efficient with task management and completion, work will be full-time.
Strong Communication
Background in apparel design a plus
Process optimizer. Improve the process to limit revisions and streamline design



Job description
A Print designer ideates and executes design files for production. As a print designer, you will collaborate with the creative team, create digital graphic design mockups and oversee the final printing process. A successful print designer has a good understanding of color calibration and technical printing standards. A skilled print designer should have a keen eye for detail and be able to create designs for a variety of printed mediums.
Responsibilities
- Grade (Resizing) apparel sizes from 1 master file to multiple size files. ie XS - XL
- Rendering and presenting design mockups for revision and feedback.
- Reviewing and proofreading designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready.
- Implementing feedback revision and creating final designs for printing.
- Researching concepts, designs, reference material, and similar work.
- Reviewing and proofreading designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready.
- Managing the timelines and workflow of print design projects.
- Communicating updates, feedback, and issues with the creative team.
- A minimum of two years' experience as a print designer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator..
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple design projects and perform under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new design software and techniques.
Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Asana
Background in apparel design field
