Customer Service Position for someone who LOVES Furniture, Home Decor, & Interior Design

-This primary role of this position is using Live Chat / Help Desk to give furniture quotes - I will teach you EVERYTHING about creating the quotes but you must be extremely comfortable messaging and emailing the clients AND Furniture Brands' Representatives in order to get the quote then pass it along to the member Explanation of my company: I did a "soft launch" for Design Broker only using TikTok and I have had an incredible response. People LOVE this concept and when they message you they are very excited to try the Upgrade to see actual infosign Broker is a shopping service that allows members to purchase high-end furniture and home decor for the lowest price. We do NOT sell anything yet. We purchase the furniture on behalf our clients using our online furniture Upgrade to see actual infoerior Designers get "Trade" pricing which is wholesale pricing. So, Design Broker is letting our members get Wholesale/ Trade pricing by using our Interior Designer Accounts. Since this is a startup I am open to switching and adding new software systems that you are most comfortable using. If you prefer Zenedesk over Live Chat just let me know. I also need to integrate a Customer Management tool so we can details on our Members like their order numbers, credit card number and shipping address. I'm currently testing HubSpot but I'm open to your recommendation if you have one you prefer. This position has so many different ways to grow but at its core is a custom service role. I feel strongly once I hire this position and I am able to spend more time on growing the company we are going to grow extremely quickly.
