Project Manager

We are urgently looking for Project Managers to join our growing Philippine remote team here in Kajae. They will be in charge of planning and supervising projects to guarantee that they are finished on time and on budget. They'll plan and allocate project resources, create budgets, track progress, and keep stakeholders updated throughout the process. All of this takes place within the framework of a company's goals and vision. Qualifications for Project Manager: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or communications is required - Project management and associated experience of 4-5 years - Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred - Excellent command of the English language (Verbal and Written) - Knowledge of project management software tools such as Asana - Excellent analytical skills and experience seeing projects through the whole life cycle - Interpersonal skills are excellent, and you are highly resourceful - Proven ability to accomplish projects within the scope, budget, and timeframe specified - Must be a Filipino Citizen Responsibilities for Project Manager: - Determine and define the project's scope and goals - Predict the resources required to achieve objectives and manage them effectively and efficiently - Prepare a budget based on the scale of the project and the resources required - Keep track of project expenditures to stay inside budget - Create a clear project timeline and work plan and manage it - Provide regular updates to various stakeholders on the project's strategy, changes, and progress - Assign duties to vendors and suppliers and communicate expected deliverables to keep contracts on track - Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution - Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed - Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement This is a remote, long-term full-time position with a starting salary of PHP 40,000 per month. Pay may be higher at first depending on your experience.
