We will hire a Content Specialist Virtual Assistant. The Content Specialist VA will perform tasks found in the Content Factory Guide (Upgrade to see actual info), If you don't have every skill, that's okay—we will train you.The tasks include but are not limited to:

We’ll need someone who has great English communication skills and has experience in writing blogs and articles; someone with the ability to intelligently summarize/sensationalize a news article and make our client sound smart, amazing, and positioned as an expert on a variety of topics.

Aside from all of that, there may be a need for you to make podcast summaries and other general VA work. This won’t be a mere content writing position but a position that will only start as a content Specialist and give you the chance to grow in different fields.

So you have to be okay with not everything being perfectly clear-- that often you have to use your best judgment and figure stuff out. There is a balance between asking questions all the time (needing handholding) and struggling to try to it without ever asking for help (lone ranger wasting time).
