Currently we're looking for an expert recruiter / HR person who is great in sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, and managing new talent.

Currently we're looking to hire in a variety of roles:
- Tech Lead (Wordpress, Elementor, Zapier, Notion, Etc...)
- Sales Reps (Instagram Chat Sales)

About Us:

1) We're a fast growing, young startup. We move fast, we're good with the latest tech and productivity tools.

2) We're a young team mainly mid-late 20's, sand some early 30's

3) We're a fun environment to work with. Everyone is very independent as a remote team, and everyone has a lot of freedom.

4) We do not micro-manage, but we do have extremely high standards (if you can't be resourceful, manage yourself well, and perform your job well, it won't be a good fit).

5) We're all very supportive. We provide all the tools, training, and resources you need to succeed. We love communicating and working as a team.


What we're looking for:

1) You're great at writing compelling job post that attract top (a-player) talent, and getting it in front of as many people as possible by posting on different online markets.

2) You're a great interviewer: You prepare well for calls, ask people the right questions, and you take the time to interview as much talent as possible!

3) You're good at critical thinking, evaluating, and making the right decisions on who to hire. This will mainly be made possible by doing the "work before the work". You interview TONS of talent, you document the data on applicants well, you gather as much data as possible before making a hire... "hire slow, fire fast".

4) You can onboard new talent effectively. You get everyone setup on the right systems, make sure they follow through with training, and get them up to speed.

5) Culture! You're good at identifying whether or not candidates fit into our, young, fast growing, no-bs, high standards, culture of savage A-Players (:
