Project Manager

One of the leading talent agencies in Australia is looking for a Project Manager! Job Description: The Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of new digital projects and products, implementing updates to existing tech assets, and ensuring that all day-to-day tech systems are running efficiently. Responsibilities and Duties: Help implement all SEO changes for BC/HT/other related websites Manage and assist the team on any technical issues that arise - knowledge of CRM solutions such as Zoho, Pipedrive, Hubspot a big plus! Problem solve and implement any technological changes to the business best practice measures Work with the CS team to resolve any customer issues regarding the use of technology (payment/application forms, websites, Zoom, etc.) Brainstorm and implement new tech projects and products Work with the Managing Director to ensure that projects have achievable timelines, that the projects run to those timelines and to their budgets Qualifications: Degree in IT or related field Proven project management experience Knowledge of website and digital project management tools (e.g., Google, CRM software solutions such as Zoho, Pipedrive, Hubspot; WordPress, Acuity, MemberPress, Gravity Forms, MailChimp, etc.) Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.) Strong budget management skills A process-driven approach to tasks Strong problem solving skills If you fit the description, then we’d love to meet you!
