Content Creator and Marketing Virtual Assistant
(Mostly Non-Voice)
We're a fun and loving team, working in an Online Coaching Company based in Singapore that’s currently looking for the next star of our team :)
We are Looking for an intelligent and hardworking Virtual Assistant who is VERY GOOD at CONTENT CREATION FOR SOCIAL MEDIA (Using Canva, etc). You'd need to be able to take instructions very well and do things at your initiative at times as
Qualifications and expectations:
MUST be very good in ENGLISH
Fresh Graduate preferred
Must have minimum DEGREE from a well know University
Highly disciplined and self-motivated
Good with social media platforms
Prior experience in this area would be great
Ability to work within a team and independently
Can work under pressure with little to no supervision
Must be resourceful
Can easily adapt to the constantly changing world of the online business
Can easily learn new software and tools
Consistent in maintaining a positive attitude reflecting the CEO’s demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Happy to keep revising work done at the request of supervisor
Team player, patient and able to communicate well.
Trustworthy to do honest, high quality work.
Job Description:
MUST BE CREATIVE AND ABLE TO REPURPOSE
Work right at the comfort of your own home / flexible hours
(total 8 hours daily weekdays and 1/2 day on one weekend day)
Will work directly under the supervisors and CEO
Long term preferred.
Needless to say, a SUPERB command of English is a must.
Main Job:
- Content Creator for Social Media and Websites using Canva graphics (We will teach you how to find ideas)
- Write short write-ups
- Social Media Management
- Using Social Media to engage clients, respond to inquiries/comments, and promote our company with the fresh social media contents
- Video/graphic editing
- Copywriting
Secondary Job (Bonus if you can): Admin work, Outreach Programs, Personal Assistant, Data entry.
Plus skills if you have these (if not, you'll have the opportunity to learn when you're hired)

Technical Requirements:
- Very Good Internet connection
