Looking for an on page seo expert

I am looking for a SEO genius to help me rank my websites. They are all local websites that are connected to a GMB. Most are ranking quite well but I neeed someone with on-page seo expereince who knows how to run a technical audit and be able to fix any problem they may find with the sites. I will not hire just anyone. You need to be an expert with a proven track record for Upgrade to see actual infoO Specialist should be able to do the following:
* Speak fluent English
* Communicate effectively
* Be able to run an audit on ahrefs or semrush and be able to relay what changes need to be done (This means you will have access to one of those tools)
* Be able to implement said changes
* Give feedback and advice on how to rank higher in maps and organic.

As you can tell, I am looking for an on page seo specialist, I have high expectations, but keep in mind, I have many sites you can work on if your skills are soilid and you will be compensated quite well.
