Wanted: Website Builder and VA for SEO Jobs

Hello!

I’m looking for a website buider and a VA for SEO jobs who can confidently do the following things:
* Build CMS sites including Wordpress and Joomla
* Can install basic web based software like WordPress and Joomla (no programming knowledge is needed but would be an asset)
* Do guest post, social media, social sharing, bookmarking and other SEO jobs
* Can follow instructions well and meet deadlines
