Etsy Virtual Assistant (Experienced)

Are you a Rockstar Etsy specialist? We'd love to hear from you! This full-time position offers 10-12 paid days off, a 13th-month bonus, and comprehensive training - no night shifts! You work during Philippines office hours daytime.

Responsibilities:
- Optimize product listings with effective SEO and targeted keywords (titles, descriptions, tags, etc.)
- Research and identify trending niches and designs
- Process orders with high accuracy
- Handle customer messages and complaints
- Liaise with suppliers

What We Are Looking For:
- At least 28 years old
- Etsy shop experience is required; Amazon and print-on-demand experience a plus.
- Proven ability to use SEO and keyword research to improve organic visibility.
- Excellent, genuine written English (C2 level required). AI-assisted responses are not accepted.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including specific formulas.
- Highly organized, accurate and detail-oriented - this role involves order processing and proofreading, so DO NOT APPLY if you are not meticulous.
- Willingness to put in extra hours when needed.
- Fast worker who can handle high workloads during peak periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Creative thinker with an ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions.
- Team player with a reliable internet connection for remote work.
