Job Overview

Spring Media is a growing digital marketing agency in need of an Email Marketing Campaign Manager for the Email & SMS Marketing Upgrade to see actual info this role, you’ll be the manager of campaigns for different brands we work with.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop brand campaign strategies. Appropriate for different brands
Come up with creative topics unique to each brand.
Be familiar with brand tonality and brand guidelines
Set up of campaigns inside Klaviyo (Includes adding in splits tests and scheduling)
Researching market for new marketing strategies
Knowledgeable in analyzing KPI's inside Klaviyo (Open rates, click rates, engagement reports etc.)
Constructing weekly and monthly reports per brand
Understanding of email marketing best practices (e.g. CAN-SPAM rules)
Experience in testing to improve performance in new or existing campaigns.
Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency in oral, writing, and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced Upgrade to see actual infomunicate proactively to confirm requirements, timelines, and status on work requests.
Creating SOP’s
Reviewing copy, design and coding before campaigns are approved
Klaviyo experience preferred
Manage SMS Bump (Planning of and set up of campaigns, analyzing KPI’s, set up of flows, etc.)
Submit & project manage creative briefs for all email marketing campaigns
Oversee the QA and deployment of all email & SMS campaigns from the time of the briefing to the time of deployment.
Proactively propose new A/B tests, analyze results, and identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve campaign performance
Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting on email & SMS performance metrics, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities to drive increased revenue.
Perform list segmentation


Email
list scrubbing
Partner with the email marketing manager to oversee the email marketing calendar
Work closely with the email team to execute on-brand email and SMS creatives
Leverage data-driven segmentation and personalization
Improve email engagement through KPIs through regular A/B testing and automation
Monitor open rates and sending domain reputation
Look for opportunities to drive revenue through our email and SMS programs
Weekly meetings with the Email Marketing Manager to discuss performance and opportunities for improvement

Required Experience / Education

1 year of email marketing experience (preferably familiar with Klaviyo) (e-commerce experience a plus)
Must be comfortable moving at a fast pace
Highly self-motivated, team player, reliable
Strong communication skills, grammar, and attention to detail
