The key responsibility of this position is to respond to customers via email.

The Marketing Specialist is expected to maintain and update the process’ assigned in order to make the process’ more effective and efficient. The Marketing Specialist is also responsible for maintaining an extremely positive rapport with customers in order to provide the best service possible to our online consumer base.

You will provide existing writing samples AND take a live writing test. English writing and reading comprehension are major components of this position and are taken very seriously. The ideal hire is someone who can write in crystal-clear English and has no problem writing instructions or answering questions in English on the fly.
