600PhP/hr HTML5 during Skype: YouTube

WELCOME! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Immediate Short-term or Gig job: HTML5 for website upgrades. Prefer someone who also works on YouTube channels. PAY: 600PhP per hour paid by PayPal after each Skype session. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work late night (9am-3pm CA time = 1am-7am PH time) or early morning (4pm-8pm CA time = 8am-Noon PH time). Must have extensive HTML / CSS experience. AfterEffects is a big plus. Must have reliable computer equipment and enough bandwidth to run Skype while using your other software (maybe AfterEffects or a Web editor) at the same time. Backup storage for HTML files, docx files, and video files must include a separate disk or flash drive that will not be corrupted even if your computer gets a virus. Subscription to Dropbox is required (free subscription is okay). PayPal Account is required. Must be fluent in English to understand and follow instructions. Website upgrade using HTML5 and CSS in real time during Skype meetings, following directions in real time, and Marketing with effective SEO and ads online. 3-5 hours per session with short breaks as needed. You can hide your face or show your face, but you will see my face. Must be very reliable (meetings start exactly when scheduled), willing to learn new skills, and attentive to detail (specific protocol to naming the files, storing the files, use of specific colors, consistent fonts, etc.) Website upgrades will include payment gateway and hosting videos. Web upgrades will be coordinated with SEO for the websites and YouTube channels, data entry and data management for email blasts, and YouTube channel management for video descriptions, SEO / Meta data, website editing of 2D simple motion graphics and live action video.
