Looking for a dedicated customer service agent to handle customer onboarding, answer support emails, work with our custom apps to help manage our customers. We are looking for a true team member to help us with our fast-growing company.

Full-time - looking for someone who can start right away.

You will be working with our software programs to make sure customers are successfully onboarded to our program (we will train you exactly how to do everything). You will also eventually answer support tickets, issue refunds, give access to our Facebook group, and more. You must be willing to do anything we need you to do.

Typical shift hours MAY VARY. You may be asked to work during USA work hours.
39 hours/week, potential for more, Monday-Saturday (6 days per week), 6.5 hours per day. Your work day may be split up into 2 different shifts.
Pay is hourly. Rate increases are possible and will depend on your performance & productivity within the first three months.

We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term position! We are a fast-growing and established company (established Feb of 2020). If you do well with us, you can keep this job for years to come. Please DO NOT APPLY if you are looking for a temporary position.

MUST HAVE:
A dedicated work place and your own computer with speakers and a mic (so we can communicate with each other).
Minimum 5mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup
Minimum 2 yr experience in customer service.
Experience with online software programs.

Zapier, Tawk.to, Samcart, Crisp, and Kajabi, are some that we use and you will need to learn all of them plus others.

You must be enthusiastic about providing the best possible support and customer experience.

You must be FLUENT in English.

You must be a problem solver. And you must be able to follow directions exactly. We are extremely detail oriented and have very high standards

Again, you MUST be great with software. If you are not good at learning software quickly, this is not a good position for you.

You must be patient, kind, and always willing to help our customers.

If think you made a mistake, you must be willing to speak up and talk to us about it.


NOTE:
Typing skills: at least 30 wpm, higher preferred. You will need to do a lot of typing while interacting with customers.
I am looking for candidates who can start immediately.
VERY IMPORTANT: You must be reliable and be able to show up to work consistently everyday.
Positive Attitude is key! You must be willing to be coached and open to constructive criticism so you can improve your skills as quickly as possible.
