We are dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity within our team and are looking for a motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant Team Leader to join our company.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, quick-starter, and organized Virtual Assistant Team Leader to oversee our team of virtual assistants (VAs). This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, training, and quality control, and will ensure that our VAs adhere to established processes, scripts, and performance standards when doing our real estate investments related task and speaking to homeowners. Additionally, the Team Leader may be required to assist with certain real estate-related tasks, including sending emails, texts, contracts, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership role, managing team members, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
- Strong stable background in human resources, including hiring, onboarding, training, and payroll.
- Proven experience in quality control and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in real estate or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using time tracking software and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
- Reliable internet connection, power and a dedicated professional home office
Team Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations of the VA team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Delegate tasks and provide support to team members.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
- Report any updates as need to company owner.

HR and Training:
- Handle hiring, onboarding, payroll, team assessments, and ongoing training.
- Develop and implement training programs.
- Shadow new hires through video shadowing face-to-face and provide feedback and coaching.
- Conduct VA applicant interviews and provide feedback.
- Approve timesheets in time tracking software for payroll, process bonuses, and run monthly payrolls.
Quality Control:
- Observe the VAs' interactions with leads through live calls, recorded calls, and written communication.
- Assess adherence to processes, scripts, breaks, work schedules, and rebuttals during VA interactions with leads.
- Evaluate communication skills, including active listening, engagement, and addressing objections during VA interactions with leads.
- Maintain detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly leads generated by each VA.
- Analyze data to identify trends or patterns impacting lead generation.
- Ensure team is hitting our targeted Monthly KPI’s

Support and Development:
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources to help VAs overcome challenges.
- Encourage self-assessment and reflection on performance.
- Foster a culture of self-assessment and initiative in implementing improvements.
- Recognize and reinforce positive habits and successful strategies.
- Share best practices and success stories from high-performing team members.
- Celebrate milestones and successes in achieving lead generation goals.
- Provide coaching through video shadowing face-to-face sessions.
- Foster a positive working environment.
Real Estate Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with sending emails, texts, contracts, and other real estate-related administrative duties as needed.
Bonuses:
- Eligible for performance bonuses if the team hits any of their team performance targets.

Pay Rate:
- Starting up to $6.00 per hour, with potential performance bonuses. Pay is issued on the 1st and 15th of each month (CST).
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CST. A 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks per shift.
