Position Overview: We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to handle sales appointment setting via cold email. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. The ideal candidate will utilize Upgrade to see actual info for lead generation and data sourcing and SmartLead for managing email sequences and tracking/sorting replies. Responsibilities: - Generate and source leads using Upgrade to see actual info. - Manage email sequences and track/sort replies using SmartLead. - Craft and send compelling cold emails to potential clients. - Monitor and manage email responses, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-ups. - Maintain accurate records of all communication and activities. - Collaborate with the sales team via Slack for support and updates. - Participate in ad-hoc training and personal growth calls as needed. Requirements: Strong written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
