3d model rendering using sketchup and similar software

Create photo realistic pictures from design selections. Create a library of materials to be used for these rendering. Use sketchup and plugins to achieve 3d models made for the residential home building industry. These models will be used by clients to visualize their design before construction is started. Thes rendering will be also exported to a virtual reality environment. Must already have skill in this arena and be willing to push their knowledge to the limit and learn new programs that will make the goals easier to obtain.
