3D Solar & Home Design Specialist

****DO NOT CONTACT ME ON LINKEDLN *** We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Design Specialist to join our team and support our residential solar and home design projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using design software such as Aurora Solar, Enact, Sunrun, and Helioquote to create accurate and compelling 3D models, shading reports, and site surveys.

You will be responsible for producing initial designs, handling revisions, and ensuring all models meet client specifications and industry standards through rigorous quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models for solar and home designs using Aurora Tools, Enact, Sunrun, and Helioquote.

Generate initial design layouts and revisions based on project requirements.

Prepare shade analysis reports and virtual site surveys.

Review and interpret client specifications and incorporate them into project designs.

Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs meet internal and client standards.

Communicate effectively with clients or project managers to clarify project details and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

Proven experience using Aurora Solar, Enact, Sunrun, Helioquote, or similar design platforms.

Strong understanding of solar system design, residential property modeling, and shade analysis.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and reporting.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills and responsiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with solar companies or design teams.

Background in architectural design, solar energy, or a related field.

Familiarity with utility requirements and permitting processes.
