3D Rendering Specialist – Full-Time, (PST Hours)

Hey there! We’re a fast-paced, growing company looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Rendering Specialist to bring luxury home designs to life! If you love turning mood boards into stunning 3D renders and want to work with high-end clientele (yes, celebs & VIPs! ), this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing beautiful, high-end homes, mainly in Las Vegas.
• Reviewing mood boards & cross-checking items in Upgrade to see actual info to ensure each item fits perfectly before rendering.
• Measuring & verifying all elements to create accurate, high-quality 3D sketches.
• Completing at least one render per day with high attention to detail.
• Using Upgrade to see actual info, Slack, Google Drive, Docs, Email, Canva, Matterport, and Zoom to stay organized and communicate with the team.
• Working Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM PST
• Being super responsive (must reply within 5 minutes during work hours!).

• Detail-oriented—you’ll be measuring and ensuring everything fits seamlessly.
• Self-sufficient—you take initiative & don’t need constant direction.
• Hardworking & reliable—we need someone we can count on daily.
• Passionate about design—you love creating beautiful, luxury spaces!
• Tech-ready—must have a reliable computer, stable internet, and a solid setup for Zoom calls & design work.

Compensation & Growth:

• Starting at $3/hr, with room for raises & bonuses as you grow with us!
• Optional weekend work available at time-and-a-half pay ($4.50/hr).
• More renders = more bonuses! The more high-quality renders you complete in a day, the more extra money you earn!
• Work on high-end luxury home designs with an amazing team.
• Fully remote—but must be available PST hours.
