3D Render Specialist

Our team is passionate about excellence, innovation, and professionalism, and we are seeking an Architectural 3D Render Specialist to support our design and marketing team.

Position Overview:
The Architectural 3D Render Specialist will support the design/drafting and marketing team by creating exceptional realistic exterior/interior 3D renders and walkthrough videos. This individual will be responsible for producing 3D models and high-quality rendering for client presentations and marketing (website and social media platforms).

Key Responsibilities:
-Creating 3D models from scratch or using existing designs
-To produce architectural 3D renders and animations
-Video editing to create final visualizations
-Adapt to American design
-Initiatives in improving the marketing materials in terms of 3D renders and animations
-Collaboration with the Drafters/Design and Marketing team
-Managing own project timelines, quality control in 3D visualizations, updating software use, research, and development to improve skills.

Qualifications:
-At least 5 years of architectural 3D rendering experience
-Skills in architectural design and interior design
-Experienced using different 3D model software like SketchUp, Revit, and 3Ds Max
-Experienced with any 3D rendering software like Vray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, Corona
-Able to maximize the use of different virtual camera angles and correct focal length
-Strong ability to create lifelike images and animations
-Attention to detail, high-quality assets, lighting, textures, and materials.
-Post-processing skills using Photoshop and video editing tools

Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
Provide portfolio - 3D renders and Walkthrough animations
