Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Inbound and Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of 3D printing technology and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs. You will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, conducting outbound sales efforts, and ensuring excellent service through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales: Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information about 3D printers and related products, and convert leads into sales.
Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new leads, follow up on warm leads, and close sales opportunities.
Product Expertise: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of 3D printers, accessories, and the latest developments in 3D printing technology.
CRM and Tools: Use Zoho Invoice, Zoho Desk, and Shopify to manage customer data, invoices, and orders effectively.
Customer Support: Assist customers with pre-sales and post-sales questions via email, phone, and chat.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance metrics, ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and management to optimize the customer journey.
Qualifications
Experience in 3D Printing: Must have hands-on knowledge or a strong understanding of 3D printers and their applications.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, with experience in inbound and outbound sales preferred.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be confident and professional on phone calls and emails.
Technical Aptitude: Quick grasp of new technologies and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
Software Proficiency: Experience using Zoho Invoice, Zoho Desk, and Shopify is required.
Work Hours: Must work 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
