Job Title: 3D Model and Visualization Designer

Location: Remote

Rate: $5-20 USD per hour (based on experience)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled 3D Model and Visualization Designer to develop high-quality furniture models for our growing catalog. The ideal candidate will excel in RhinoCAD or 3DS Max and have a talent for creating photorealistic renders that bring our furniture to life in various environments. Once the models are created, they will be converted into Revit and ArchiCAD formats for easy use and integration on our website.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D furniture models using RhinoCAD or 3DS Max.
Create photorealistic renders to showcase products in different environments.
Ensure models are optimized for usability without sacrificing quality.
Collaborate with the design team to meet brand and quality standards.
Convert models into Revit and ArchiCAD formats for client use and website display.

Efficiently produces high-quality, realistic models that balance visual appeal and usability.
Delivers projects on time and maintains consistent quality.
Helps build a comprehensive suite of furniture models that are intuitive and ready for use on our website.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in RhinoCAD or 3DS Max; experience with Revit and ArchiCAD is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders.
Attention to detail and the ability to produce visually compelling, accurate models.
Excellent time management and efficiency in project delivery.
