3D Interior Design - Realistic Renderings

HI,

I'm looking to hire someone for a consistent company to do interior design renderings: professional and with real materials.

1 - Should be very experienced with interior renderings
2 - Should be able to follow exact instructions given with tags to materials, etc.
3 - Should deliver work quickly
4 - $55/View (usually it's 2/3 views per room)
5 - Should be able to work some EST hours for communications
6 - Should be willing to take a job for free sample to showcase skills
