3D Graphic Designer & Static Ad Specialist

We are Vesperra Beauty, a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in innovative beauty products. We’re looking for a talented 3D Graphic Designer with expertise in creating high-converting static ads to join our team and help us dominate the e-commerce space.

This role is perfect for someone who:
Has a strong portfolio of 3D designs and static ad creatives for e-commerce brands.
Understands direct response marketing and can create ads that drive conversions.

Responsibilities:

3D Design:
Create stunning 3D product renders and animations for use in ads, social media, and website content.
Develop 3D visuals that highlight product features and benefits in a compelling way.

Static Ad Creation:
Design high-converting static ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad creatives with campaign goals and target audience preferences.
Test and iterate on ad designs to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Copy Integration:
Work closely with copywriters to ensure ad creatives incorporate high-converting copy and CTAs (Call-to-Actions).
Suggest visual improvements to enhance the impact of the copy.

Brand Consistency:
Ensure all designs align with Vesperra Beauty’s brand guidelines and aesthetic.
Stay updated on design trends in the beauty industry and incorporate them into your work.

Collaboration:
Work with the marketing and product teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
Provide input on ad strategies based on your expertise in visual storytelling.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a 3D Graphic Designer and Static Ad Specialist, preferably in the e-commerce or beauty niche.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting static ads and 3D designs.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
Understanding of direct response marketing and how to create ads that convert.
Knowledge of the beauty industry and the ability to appeal to a target audience of women aged 25-35.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.

Tools You’ll Use:
Figma: For static ad design.
3D Design Software: Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
Project Management Tools: Trello, Asana, or similar for collaboration.
