3D Explainer Animator/Editor

I am looking for a 3D animator and video editor.Needs to be able to make videos in a similar style and follow example videos. The chosen editor will receive a small percentage of channel revenue in addition to payment to incentivize the best performance. It needs to be able to produce a video every 2-3 weeks; however, more will yield better results and higher shared revenue :). Attach your past work
