3D Architectural Designer VA

VAS360 is seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our kitchen design and administrative needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in 3D architectural design and be proficient in design software like 2020 Design Software and Chief Architect. Experience with Sketchup rendering is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and refining design plans for kitchen, bathroom, and home renovation projects.
Collaborate on layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
Prepare professional project designs with title blocks, ready for printing and client presentations.
Provide clients with accurate visuals, renderings, elevations, and project proposals.
Create visually appealing social media content using Canva to promote our services.
Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in 3D design or architectural design.
Proficiency with 2020 Design Software and Chief Architect. Sketchup experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a remote work environment.
