We are a US-based custom manufacturing company and we are looking for dedicated and loyal individuals that can contribute to our goals. We are looking for self-motivated, quick on your feet, self-starters with excellent customer service skills for our First Impression Receptionist position. This position shares Cube Care’s core value of teamwork, integrity, and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

We are looking for an exemplary First Impression Receptionist to undertake all receptionist duties. You will be the face for the first impression the Company will make. The ideal candidate must possess a friendly, bubbly, easy-going, quick on their feet personality while also being very perception and discipline. Competence in dealing with multiple calls at once and giving information as well as customer-oriented approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• All inbound calls must be answered with a smile, positive and helpful attitude. No call goes unanswered.
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls to the designated person, or finding an individual to ensure customer is taken care of.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming emails as needed.
• Forward any escalations from customers to the correct department.
• Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email.
• Ability to type accurately and quickly, while listening or speaking on the phone.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, often using multiple navigating application systems
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, as needed.
• Managing tasks and monitoring calls as necessary.
• Manage company contact list through Company’s system.
• Organize managers’ calendars for call backs and managing to ensure it was completed.
• Provide customer service as first point of contact.

Qualifications:
• Excellent in the English language; most importantly accent, communication, reading and writing.
• Can work flexible hours at home during 8AM – 5PM EST (US Time) with minimal supervision, and through lunch break. All telephone calls must be answered including during lunch hour, and this position requires candidate to work during their lunch.
• Have good, reliable and fast internet connection and no power interruptions.
• Effective listening, in addition the capacity to summarize details and deal solutions.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience receptionist/virtual assistance or similar for a company’s first impression.
• Strong customer service skills; interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills, Decision making ability, Organizational skills, Procedural mindset, Ability to prioritize
• Attention to detail; Exceptional in multi-tasking
• Courteous, Discretion and confidentiality is a must.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge and other relevant tools
• Must be able to type at least 50 words per minute.

NOTE: The computer system you will be using should not be shared with anyone else and should be dedicated for work only. You are required to have a working headset and camera to be used daily.
