Virtual Assistant - Must be Skilled in Photoshop, English / Creative Writing, & Google Spreadsheets

I’m the owner of a few e-commerce stores, and needs a few virtual assistants who can assist me in many aspects of the business, and is available to work 20-30 hours a week.

SKILLS LOOKING FOR:

Excel / Google Spreadsheet:
proficient in formulas such as v-lookup and sumif formulas


Photoshop:
The candidate should have advanced level in photoshop, and can jump in and start projects right away without much training. Some skills needed in photoshop would be:

Select & alter specific objects in an image
Change colors on specific objects in an image
Crop / Combine Different objects in an image and have a smooth transition
Add texts / headlines to image
Understand all basic skills in photoshop and can navigate through the whole software ok
Quick Learner, problem solver, and creative thinker, someone who can problem solve by herself to get the task done when need to learn new features in photoshop

Writing / English:
It'll be great if you have great english and writing skills, and great with creative writing, to write clear, engaging and descriptive product descriptions for our new products. It'll be a plus if you also are good at excel / google spreadsheets.

I’m looking into someone who is available part time, working about 20-30 hours a week, may increase to longer as business grows. Let me know if you are interested.

Must be able to work your time in the mornings for about 2-4 hours, sometime between 6am - 12pm, and can work for 1-2 hours at night around 4-6pm



OTHER JOB DESCRIPTION:

Data Entry:
Manage input and output of inventory on excel, google sheets, creating a list of low inventory items that need to be ordered
Keep track of revenue of each product category
Should be proficient in excel and google sheets, and be familiar with functions such as V-Lookup and Sumifs, addition, percentage

Product Research:
Research and find new popular products that can be sold in my shop
Look up wholesale prices, popularity of item, and retail prices of items, and calculate profit margins

Ecommerce:
Update product descriptions, pictures, and quantities
Proficient with online selling platforms such as eBay, Amazon
Write appealing and accurate product descriptions

Marketing:
Research and find new popular products that can be sold in my shop
Sending emails to prospective customers, advertising our products
Should have some video editing skills used to post on Youtube, and wordpress website

Web Development / Advertising:

Proficient in Wordpress and Woocommerce
Set up and post products onto my shop using Wordpress and Woocommerce
