Marketplace Operations Experts

We are seeking professional with experience in the following areas:

- Title optimisation work for Amazon, eBay and other marketplace channels
- Know how to manage listings, set up promotions and various admin duties on Amazon
- Solve errors on channels and improve listing optimisations
- Log cases with Amazon support to escalate resolutions
- Strong excel working knowledge (filters, formula, pivots, vlookups, etc)
- Agency experience communicating with clients and managing multiple parallel workloads

Critical: They should know listing systems and how they work / how to use them. Systems like Linnworks, Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), Tradebyes, Channable, Channelengine etc. If you have never worked on a solution like this, your application will not be accepted.

Candidates must be:

- Able to work remotely
- Able to work partially to UK hours during training. The closer your day can mirror UK hours, the better. Training typically takes 2 months, where you must have at least 50% of your day online at the same time UK standard business hours (9am - 6pm). After training, hours can be more flexible based on experience. Candidates unable to meet this requirement need not apply please.
- Have excellent written and speaking English skills
